The
Application Process
We begin with
pre-screening.
| • |
Gathering
of general information |
| • |
Verification of I-9
documents |
| • |
Social Security card |
| • |
Immigration documents |
| • |
Background checks |
| • |
Drug testing |
Next, we ask
you to fill out a much more thorough Application Form than the
ones you may have been used to in the past.
If you’re
applying for a job that requires clerical skills, we will administer
an Office Skills test to assess your general level of proficiency.
We also test
for speed typing and for two data-entry skills – numeric,
and 10-key.
If your job
involves the use of a computer, we test your skill level with
the software you’ll be required to work with.
If you require
additional training, we’ll provide it or see that you get
it.
In short,
we give you every opportunity to succeed. The next step…
The
Interview
Naturally,
we’d like to know where you have been, the type of work
you’ve done in the past, where you are now, and where you’d
like to be.
